Q. How will this site work?
A.You are free to browse the site at any time and apply directly for any positions which interest you and where you meet the criteria laid down by the recruiting company. Once your registration has been completed successfully, you will have an approved username and password, which will allow you access to update your details at any time.
Q. Is there a charge for this service?
A.No. Our services are entirely free for all candidates.
Q. What if I forget my password or my login details deny me access?
A. Enter your email address and click 'forgotten your password?' at the top of the screen. The information will then be e-mailed to you as soon as possible. Please keep your username and password in a safe place to prevent unauthorised access to your details. Should this not solve the problem, please contact us and we can generate new login details for you.
Q. How do I contact employers advertising vacancies?
A.For all ZedX Agency vacancies you must apply through ZedX.
Q. How will my details be matched and forwarded to prospective employers?
A.A. This will be completed by your consultant at ZedX. Your details/CV will not be divulged except with your prior permission. You can also apply directly for any vacancy listed on our site.
Q. How will employers contact me?
A.Employers will not be able to contact you directly. For all ZedX Agency vacancies and matches generated, employers must come through ZedX. We will seek your permission before forwarding any details / CV's to the employer.
Q. What do I need to do if I get a new job?
A.ZedX will continue to search for suitable roles on your behalf until you inform us otherwise. If you wish to have your details removed, please inform us via email.
Q. What if the job I want is not included in the options provided?
A. Simply send us an email and we will advise on availability. Alternatively select the job title which is closest to your choice from the options listed.

ZedX became a specialist recruitment service in 2001 following many years as a general agency, under a different name.
